Fenders

Cylindrical fenders

Cylindrical fenders were the first type of fender to be produced with a certain performance.

The installation is simply achieved with the use of specially designed chains, pipes or frames.

Cone Fenders

This type of fender consists of a central rubber body with a conical section, a larger flanged diameter and a smaller non-flanged diameter, both “reinforced”.

Cell Fenders

This typology consists of a central cylindrical rubber body and two exactly identical “reinforced” end flanges, effectively making the fender exactly symmetrical without any preference or indication as to the way or direction of installation.

Arch Fenders

These fenders are made from a single piece of rubber molding, using a simple yet robust design. This allows arch fenders to be very durable.

The simple design reduces the amount of maintenance required, even after a period of heavy use.

D-Fender

D-fenders are one of the most common types of fenders, they are ideal for use on ships, docks and docks.

They have become increasingly popular due to the high versatility and excellent protection they offer.

Composite Fenders

Composite Fenders are the perfect solution to protect against frequent and heavy impacts in a wide variety of environments.

The rubber profile absorbs energy while the UHMW-PE coating provides low friction and adequate sliding properties.

Corner Defense

Specifically designed for use in marine mooring applications, they combine excellent energy absorption with low contact reaction force to moor vessels of all sizes. They provide more efficient performance than any type of fender.

Corner fenders are installed to protect the exposed corners of the docks from damage to the pier and vessel when approaching corners or arriving at moorings.

Structure

They combine excellent energy capacity with a low reaction force to offer the most efficient performance of any type of fender.

The conical shape keeps the fender body stable under all combinations of axial, shear and angular loads.

Foam Fenders

Foam padded fenders use lightweight, highly elastic EVA foam as a cushioning medium.

The excellent energy absorption performance, combined with the low reaction force, facilitates mooring operations, especially in difficult conditions.

Hydropneumatic-Fender

Hydropneumatic fenders are developed on the basis of traditional pneumatic fenders and are suitable for STD or STS submarine mooring requirements of submarines and semi-submersible vessels. Part of the hydropneumatic fender is filled with water as a counterweight to float the fender upright.

Prismatic Fenders

Prismatic fenders, i.e. with various possible geometric sections, can be produced by extrusion, with unions of suitable shape, or by moulding.

Roller Fenders

Roller fenders are usually installed to steer vessels into confined spaces such as the walls of dry docks. They can also be used on corners and lock entrances where lower energies are needed.

Pneumatic Fender

Also known as a pneumatic fender or rubber fender, the yokohama fender is a leading anti-collision device for marine application in today’s world.

They are widely used for large tankers, ships, port docks and ocean platforms.

Bollards

The boat bollard allows you to attrach mooring lines to hold boats securely to the dock.

It is built in such a way as to allow the line to be quickly stopped in different ways, hence the different shapes

Accessories

Shackles

Shackles are the most common lifting component; they connect steel ropes, synthetic tie rods and chains to the load or to other components in various industrial, naval and nautical applications.

Chains

The robust chains produced by Marine Management are able to satisfy any need.

Manufactured to national standards they are available for a wide range of anchoring and mooring applications.

Anchors

From cruise ship anchors to heavy duty marine anchors, we invest in the latest innovations and technologies to offer various benefits to deliver a high quality, reliable product that meets the needs of our customers.

Lifting Accessories

Lifting Beams

The lifting sling bars are simple lifting spacers, fixed or adjustable, complete with anchor shackle and tie rods in steel rope, chain or polyester bands or rings.
They represent the best solution for moving loads that require support in two or more points.
