EU no. 679/16) and at the same time, also in compliance with article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Privacy Code), Marine Management S.r.l, as the Data Controller, issues this information regarding the processing of personal data acquired through the consultation of his website. This information is valid only for this website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. PLACE OF PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the headquarters of the Data Controller and is handled only by personnel in charge of processing and the provider in charge of Internet services and hosting/housing of this site. In addition, these treatments are handled exclusively by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing or by any agents for occasional maintenance operations under the strict control of the Owner.
TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature, it could allow identifying users through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names (DNS) of the computers used by users who connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Personal data voluntarily provided by the user will be processed, until objection, for the following purposes:
browsing this website;
possible request for contact, with sending of the requested information;
provision of ordered products and services and fulfillment of contractual obligations;

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
The data subject to processing will not be disclosed, sold, or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the data subject. The scope of data communication is limited exclusively to the competent subjects for the fulfillment of contractual operations and compliance with legal obligations. They may therefore be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
subjects who provide services for the management of the information system;
studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
administrations, public entities, and competent authorities, for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies;
Group companies and/or the network of companies or private individuals directly involved in the performance or authorized to know the data based on the law.
In any case, only the data necessary and relevant to the processing purposes they are responsible for will be communicated to the aforementioned subjects.
OPTIONALITY OF DATA PROVISION
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data reported in the forms present on the website (web form) or to request the sending of newsletters, informational material, commercial offers, or other communications. Failure to provide them may result in the inability to obtain what was requested.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
No transfer of personal data collected to non-EU countries is planned.
PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF COLLECTED DATA
The personal data collected for the above purposes will be kept in our company for the time necessary for the related activities (or defined in the data collection web pages – web form); after which they will be destroyed (right to be forgotten) or, if necessary, rendered anonymous (pseudonymization) for statistical or historical purposes.
For personal data collected for administrative and accounting purposes, the retention period for data respects the legal obligations, after which the data will be destroyed (right to be forgotten) or, if necessary, rendered anonymous (pseudonymization) for statistical or historical purposes.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
The consents expressed in the various web forms for the collection of personal data can always be revoked pursuant to Art. 7 p.3 and pursuant to Art. 17 p.1 lett. b). The revocation can be made by writing to our Owner, through the references reported in the next paragraph.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
In relation to the aforementioned processing, the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of the EU GDPR no. 679/16 (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and notification in cases of rectification/erasure/restriction by the data controller) may be exercised.
In relation to the aforementioned processing, the rights provided for in Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 may also be exercised, within the limits and conditions set forth in Articles 8, 9, and 10 of the same legislative decree.
